Q: What are your time frames for designs?
A: For custom designed engagement rings, wedding rings or other custom-made pieces you can expect your piece to be finished between 6-8 weeks unless discussed otherwise with our designs team. All time frames are a guide only.
Q: Do you do free re-sizes on items purchased in-store?
A: Yes

A: We are a family business that has been in the jewelry trade for over 20 years.
Q: Do you have a jeweller on site?
A: Yes, we have an on-site jeweller on Tuesdays and Thursdays in-store who can assist with design ideas, quotes and can also complete minor repairs in-store. Book Here!
Q: Does your jewellery come with a guarantee?
A: Yes, most pieces come with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee. We will always assess any individual piece outside of this period if we feel the damage is unreasonable.
Q: Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
A: Yes both our natural earth-grown diamonds and lab-grown diamonds are sourced with traceable origins. All of our sourced diamonds come with a certificate to confirm their origin.
Q: Do you clean jewelry and how long does it take?
A: Yes, we clean jewellery. For engagement and wedding rings the cleaning only takes around 20 minutes. For white gold pieces, Rhodium plating is recommended every 18 months which does require a jeweller, with other jewellery pieces cleaning can take up to 5-7 days depending on the state of the jewellery as well as the design of the piece.
Q: Can you cut my ring off if it gets stuck?
A: Yes most staff and our on-site jeweller are trained to safely remove any jewellery pieces that may be stuck. This includes the cutting off of gold and silver rings, we will then quote to repair and re-size the piece.
Q: Do you do repairs?
A: Yes, we can repair almost anything including chains, rings and bracelets. Each piece will be assessed and quoted on an individual basis.

A: Yes we have free on-site parking right in front of our store which is wheelchair accessible!
